{"id":2206,"date":"2018-08-24T13:22:15","date_gmt":"2018-08-24T13:22:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/hansael.eu\/lv\/?p=2206"},"modified":"2018-08-24T13:22:15","modified_gmt":"2018-08-24T13:22:15","slug":"fire-fighter-radios-its-never-too-late-to-comply","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/shipnet.eu\/lv\/2018\/08\/24\/fire-fighter-radios-its-never-too-late-to-comply\/","title":{"rendered":"Fire Fighter Radios: It&#8217;s never too late to comply!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Despite overall deficit on the market for fire fighter radios to comply with\u00a0SOLAS Chapter II-2 Reg. 10-10.4, our company informs that limited quantity of MED and ATEX approved radio apparatus is available on our stock.<\/p>\n<p>Ships constructed before 1 July 2014 shall comply with the requirements of \u00a0SOLAS Chapter II-2 Reg. 10-10.4 to carry a minimum of two 2-way portable radiotelephones for each fire party for fire-fighter\u2019s communication on board not later than the first safety equipment survey after 1 July 2018 but before 30 June 2019.<\/p>\n<p>The above requirements were announced in due time &#8211; at least a year in advance-\u00a0 and few manufacturers even offered discounted prices for pre-orders. Now with high demand, many manufacturers cannot meet delivery terms, which leads to noncompliance to\u00a0\u00a0SOLAS Chapter II-2 Reg. 10-10.4.
